Remove 1 wrap from packet. Place in wrap warmer.
Place in microwave and ensure the warmer fits to avoid touching the sides of the microwave (it may burn if it touches the sides).

We wrap each burrito in parchment paper and they re-heat in the microwave without being soggy. It also helps to heat them in the microwave then while you let them cool, flip them over so that the bottom of the burrito during heating is the top while cooling.
Unfortunately, it is not advisable to reheat gluten-free pasta because it is made of corn and rice, both of which break down more quickly and easily than wheat. As a result, gluten-free pasta tends to become mushy and tasteless when cooked a second time.
Take a tip from Mexican restaurants and steam your tortillas to warm them. They retain their flavor and texture, without getting too soft or too crisp. Steam-warming tortillas is a great way to heat them up before using without adding any extra fat, requiring a gas stove, or getting them too crisp.
To reheat them, they should be lightly steamed so that no more moisture is lost. Microwave: Put a tortilla on a plate and cover it with a damp paper towel. To reheat more than one, alternate tortillas with paper towels. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to one minute, depending on how many tortillas you have.
Take a clean dish towel and get it slightly damp. You'll want to wrap your warmed tortillas in the towel (you can warm in the oven, on a pan, in the microwave) and keep them sealed until you are ready to use. You can put the towel in a basket or something with a lid to seal in even more heat.
Are flour tortillas gluten free? No, flour tortillas aren't gluten free unless they specifically say that they're gluten free flour tortillas. Even if they say that they're gluten free, read the label carefully to be sure that you're buying the best brands of gluten free flour tortillas.

Airtight food storage containers are the ideal option, as they prevent air and moisture from seeping in and causing the wrap to become soggy or stale. Reusable food containers are also a great choice, as they are eco-friendly and can be used again and again to store wraps and other types of food.
If you don't have a toaster oven and don't feel like using the oven, you can wrap your wrap in a dry paper towel and microwave it (I promise it's safe). The paper towel will soak up extra moisture!
