Before you begin

Find the invitation email sent by your CloudConnexa administrator. This email includes your invitation to join CloudConnexa and your CloudID, Username, and Temporary Password. If you don't have that email, ask your CloudConnexa administrator for help.

Install the app and connect to your CloudConnexa

To connect to your CloudConnexa account, follow these steps:

  1. Download the OpenVPN Connect app from our website or the link in your invitation email.

  2. Wait until the download completes, then open it.

  3. Run the OpenVPN Connect setup wizard.

  4. Agree to the EULA and install.

  5. When prompted, click Yes to approve the privilege escalation request.

  7. From your system tray, click the OpenVPN Connect icon to launch the app.

  8. Click to add a new profile.

  9. On the Import Profile window, select URL and enter the CloudID from your invitation email.

  10. Enter your Username and Temporary password from your invitation email.

  11. At the prompt, enter a new password and confirm it.

  12. Accept the Terms of Service and click Change Password.

  13. Select your desired region.

  14. Click Connect.
