   Cancel your membership online if you’re located in AZ, CA, or NV. If you’re located on the West Coast, you’re in luck. You can request to cancel your membership online using EOS’s Membership Cancellation Form. You’ll need to sign into your EOS account and provide all the necessary details to close the account.^[1]

Instead of canceling your EOS membership, you can freeze your account for just $5 a month.
