Are there fake Kånken? ›

Fjällräven Kankens are brilliantly water-resistant. Vinylon F, the synthetic fabric they are made from, behaves more like a natural fibre and swells as it becomes damp. As it swells, the gaps between the woven fibres close more and thus it becomes more resistant to water penetration.

What is the difference between Kånken and Re Kanken? ›

The regular Kånken has a white round logo with the iconic red Fjällräven fox, but the Re-Kånken is distinguished from it by an embroidered logo in the colour of the backpack. I love how subtle this looks.
