BUT I'M NOT DONE YET!

SPD Writes Gran Turismo 7's Car Of The Week: Week 96 - Porsche Cayman GT4

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (1)

Someone's about to ask: SPD: why isn't it the Cayman from NFS Most Wanted?

Well, it's not like I'm not a fan of the game. It's that hot rod flames don't look too good in this cool character.

Pop quiz: has anyone remembered of the Porsche Boxster?

I thought so too. It's a well forgotten Porsche that started off as a more domestic option to the masses who rather have something that'll blow their hair away. However, a cheap Porsche is proven to be a rubbish Porsche, which the Boxster seem to have taken some degree of truth towards. I mean, if you've observed in mainstream racing video games alone these days, the Boxster is present only in Need For Speed Unbound.

It's still a charming rear engined Porsche: something you get from its original 356 rather than the 911 being compared to a Beetle at a glance. However, aside the Boxster, the Cayman was inspired mainly from Porsche's most recent power amidships road going car: the Carrera GT. Instead of that death machine however, Porsche just decided to put a fixed hard top, moved the engine forwards, and make appropriate chassis adjustments to the Boxster, and voila: we have the Cayman, born in 2006, and named after the Caiman lizard. It's something Porsche seem to have going for: names that sound similar, but don't really have much relevance to their other models.. yes, I am talking about the Cayenne.

Serving mostly as an entry level Porsche, the Cayman was both a looker, and a fighter in compact form, meaning sales go quite far for a more affordable Porsche. And over the years, it's taken many many forms, such as.. as..

[flips page]

I soon realize this car is even more boring to document than a 911. Or that's just my take on regular modern Porsche cars. Anyhow, let's skip to the first of the Cayman cars that's made for the track: a more stylish take of its second generation model with a suffix: GT4.

This is what happened when Porsche decided to outsource race-spec parts from their current 911, specifically detuning the engine from the 991 911 Carrera S, and stitching on some suspension work of the GT3 RS. In addition to some aerodynamic lip bodywork, more intakes and a rear spoiler, the Cayman GT4 also had better brakes, and of course a roll cage: defining it as the first of these little Porsches to be track worthy..

..and what not put the cherry on top on the fact Porsche Motorsports tuned the car on the Nurburgring, putting a very respectable 7:40 time. When a car I know in this jurisdiction is the Alpine A110, a look on my face would tell you I don't think so. However, you have 379 horsepower from its flat-6 lifting a 1.3 ton load through a 6 speed manual. This little power, but that well done a time? Must be quite a dreamy kind of cruise, let me tell you.

It's been a long time since, but the road going Cayman GT4 is one of the many Signature Cars I've been meaning to write about. Under the ownership of a teenage Scottish gangster turned fashion model, Fiona is not only the latest character I've revealed in the story, but perhaps one I wish to push ahead as more than just moral support. And yes: more of one of my favorite character songs in One By One.

Yes, beautiful beautiful One By One.
Man, I cannot get enough of One By One.
I'm so glad I already revealed Fiona.

To the outside world, she is one of the strictest fashion models to grace the planet, credited to her hard knocks beginning to current. But behind that snooty, perhaps cruel face is a warm heart willing to progress further to the greater good.. of her own small group of friends and family.

Theme Song: Cher - One By One
Gender: Female
Nationality: Scottish
Age: 36
Current occupation: Runway model
Distinct features: Long wavy orange hair, parted at the side. Wide, narrow brown eyes. Thin hooked nose. Regular sized close pointed lips. Always under heavy layers of makeup under her eyes, cheeks and mouth. Various beauty marks by the ends of her cheeks. Oval shaped diamond face. Tall body, with well developed features. Has a tattoo of a dragon on her left arm.
Choice of clothing: There is no way anyone in the public's seen her without her gigantic thistle blue hair clip, a shiny designer dress and tall pumps. In less formal situations, she takes from her little brother and can be found wearing designer tank top and jeans combo with sporty shoes.
Cars: Porsche Cayman GT4

While Paul may be a Londoner from birth, Fiona started off life a couple years earlier when the family still resided in Aberdeen. However, unlike Paul who was a great force physically, Fiona was an instant case of the perfect but a notably snooty and arrogant little girl. Homeschooled by a select bunch by her parents, the result of this came in her teens, identifying herself an overachiever in anything she's done. Though, behind that is a secret: not many know the fact of Fiona's early days drowned into the rebellious child that would steal, take drugs, and possibly worse. However, while the clashing of various other multiracial groups grew an inner racist that still remained in her to this day, she remained bright, athletic and talented; surprising traits for her renown as a high school bully.

Upon hearing Paul's youth being hardened due to this lifestyle, a higher education bound Fiona would drop this all just before she would leave school, predicting her reputation will hurt him. Initially afraid this would oust her to her own parents, she would lie her way into the nearby prestigious institutes to keep Paul at bay until he's met The Bristol Harbinger. Worried one such threat can come to ruin her stride, she would swear, before leaving for Aberdeen, that she would protect her brother from these forces. And while that fear never came to today, it resulted in her unwavering support for her brother and by proxy: his family and closely related.

Using her gifts and gab, she finds herself eventually aiming for a doctorate in psychology. It sounded all too good, until Fiona however found her fate to be on the world of fashion, as she was noticed due to her similarities to other models then. She then entered this chance, and behind another visage, she acted with grace and took advantage of her beauty. Praise followed, now with her hoping to use this as a memory that helps forget her more savage delinquent past. While the news was shocking, her decision was better for everyone, now able to sustain and also make her own living. Outside the runway, she has appeared as competitors for dancing competitions, particularly for more traditional dances. What drove this desire however isn't clear yet.

After a series of events involving a conspiracy, assassins, a nuclear heart, and her brother's long time rival's heel face turn, Fiona would come in the face of the Assassin's Guild after barely surviving a vicious attack by the Hel Walker. While not part of them, she makes use of their services, while straying away from the killing, proof she's at least morally sound, and not unpredictable.

What do I have working underneath today, eh? I don't plan to juggle around Mini Mexico and GT World stuff much, know that if I have to do both, here's the priority.

Back to the question.. I give you the focal character, but other than that.. perhaps the title can entice you?

This week's theme song:

Episode: Sparkle and Impress With Your Deutsch Dress

A luxury hotel in the center of Barcelona, Spain
Night

A quiet idyllic night engulfs the similarly inactive hotel.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (2)

However, a man coming out of his room, with a face that reeks of mildly disturbed, mumbles to himself with a hint of stress..

Paul: "Bloody Jesus this woman.."

Walking across the hallway to another door, he then shook his sleeping robes as he proceeds to knock.

After a second knock, he silently asked..

Paul: "Fiona?"

Following a pause, Paul put his ear by the door, but didn't get anything, as he began to wonder.

Paul: "Fionaa? Is Paul, lassie."

As he hears the locks open up, he moved back as said door moves inwards.

A woman, with a facial mask and her night gown on, gestures the Scottish fellow..

Fiona: "Right.. come on in. Quick.."

As he quickly waltzes in, she closes the door, and they both head to a nearby table and chair set, settling, as she came to ask..

Fiona: "How's the rest?"

Paul: "All puggled out, them and Carrie.. I mean, it's nearly midnight, for crying out loud. But.."

He responded with a positive mood, but all that changed as he remembered such a sudden late night request is categorized as an emergency.

And after a quick look over his sister's facial mask, particularly by her cheeks, the moist zones prompted him to ask..

Paul: "Was you weeping a river, lassie?"

Fiona: "Aye."

Paul: "Least you gave me a hint of the gravity of this here issue.. What's the matter?"

He spoke inquisitively, but the superb woman replied, with some emotion in her breath..

Fiona: "I'm, uhh.. I'm not feeling fine."

Thinking the image of Fiona Henderson as one to look up on, he argued..

Paul: "What? Thas ridiculous. You were REALLY killing it on the show. Go on and ask Amelia, she's inspired by yer efforts, ya know? 'Aunt Fiona's so pretty.. can I be like her one day?' kind of words."

Fiona: "Ohhh, if it'd be that simple, you knew I'd keep going on this charade without dragging your lazy arse off yer bed."

She kept weeping silently and wiped as much of her tears as she could, but Paul, unphased, continued to rant..

Paul: "Bloody hell.. you want out, issit? This be your choice, but ye know I, Ma and Da.. we wouldn't give you a chance to go out with a bang y'know?"

Fiona: "I didn't say that."

Paul: "Go and tell me what's on your mind then.. Hendersons aren't quitters."

Fiona: "Aye, but.."

She took a breath and then continued..

Fiona: "It's back. The nasty thoughts come crawling back in, Paul. Trauma, courtesy of me high school days."

Paul: "Ahh.."

Unsure if he was being relatable, the woman further queried..

Fiona: "You know which ones, right?"

Paul: "Aye."

Fiona: "Like, after the nice meal at that lovely traditional Catalan eatery whose name escapes me.. I can't help but.. let go. Really let go, like.."

As he recalled her eating habits earlier, he continued.

Paul: "Ohh.. thought it was weird. No fashion supermodel's going to break on her diet at a moment's notice.."

He wondered for a moment.

But before weight became a topic, Fiona then commented..

Fiona: "Anyhow.. I can't help but.. find meself back at the gang life. For everyone.. I wanted out, but what's part of me has resurfaced.."

Paul: "The cruel, racist, unrelenting, 'nearly at the boundary by evil' you, was it?"

Fiona: "Of freaking bleedin course!"

He thought to the lines of "this isn't the time for therapy", and quickly went on to reassure her as she bangs her head on the table.

Paul: "Oh joy of joys.. you'll be alright, dear. You're making a sacrifice for everyone, even if you don't realize.."

Fiona: "I keep telling myself that all night, Paul. Especially with you right here."

A quick ruffle of his scruffled hair, and Paul then spoke up..

Paul: "So.. I figure.. you're just stressed out. Right.. figure it's time I help scratch yer itch, then.."

Fiona: "What are you suggesting?"

Paul: "That we go and do something. Just us 2, without Carrie and the bairns."

She then looked back forwards, wiping her facial mask off and curiously wondered..

Fiona: "You know I'll just go along, but I heard you lot are going out to the city tomorrow.."

Paul: "Ahh, but I didn't say when. How about first thing tomorrow we go do.. what I do when I need some time away from all the weight of the world?"

Not willing to wait, she carried onwards..

Fiona: "And what would that be?"

Paul: "C'mon, sis. Not hard to figure me out on this.."

Fiona: "Fine. It's not drinking, is it?"

Paul: "F[BLEEP]ing of course not. Just get some shut eye, and be ready by sunrise, alright?"

Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya
Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
Early Morning

A perk of being an officiated FIA racer these days would be free access to a selection of tracks (in my universe at least), and Catalunya so happens to luckily be emptied today..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (3)

[sigh] pretend these two were never here..

Now by a garage within the pitlane, these Scottish sibling pair come out and watches the sun shine at the nearly empty seatings.

Fiona: "Dear me, it's nice and warm, is it?"

Paul: "It's not Brands, but vibes here are nice.. like I always knewing they be."

Fiona, better with letting out her issues, then proceeded to ask her brother..

Fiona: "So, I figured bringing me to the track means.."

Paul: "It means.. today's the day."

As her face starts to show disgust, she turned and began to realize.

Fiona: "Oh Jesus.. Paul!"

Paul: "The day you take on your car in full force!"

He showed an excited, open arms gesture, but Fiona calmly argues back with this unimpressed look going with her..

Fiona: "Thought this was a session to keep my stress levels in check.."

Paul: "THIS IS how I destress, sis."

Fiona: "Right.. And you not telling me squat this is happening.."

Paul: "Is so you don't got a choice. I have the keys.."

Fiona: "Of course you do. This is all Bon's idea, is it?"

Paul: "Nah. Lad's a schemer, but not one that keeps it discreet. Come on, then. Let's get you strapped in."

She grumpily walked to the side for a moment as they walk back to a certain location.

However, what she saw on the side of the wall was a poster..

Fiona: "Hmm?"

Paul: "What's up?"

What took their attention came in the form of a stuck on poster showing a graphic of cars racing on a blurry Nurburgring GP circuit, but the word art popped out, allowing Fiona to read out loud..

Fiona: "A celebration of performance born in Germany.. come join the Schwarzwald League? What's this then?"

Paul: "Oi, lemme see.."

And as he then read under and found the details, he too read along..

Paul: "Open registration, German cars only. Catalunya, 5 lap contest.. next race today midday."

Hearing a contest was to follow, Fiona was ready to say no, declaring..

Fiona: "If you're thinking of renting my car again, Paul, you're dead wrong."

Paul: "That, and.. I feel today's yer day, not mine. Besides.. I'm good with credits."

Fiona: "And so am I."

And despite the offer, the siblings' thoughts then came together in unison..

Paul: "An interesting consideration regardless."

Fiona: "Much agreed."

As they leave behind the poster..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (4)

..they then stop at a spot placed a few garages ahead, in front of a certain brown Cayman.

Like a good person he aspires to be, the Scottish underdog then told his sister..

Paul: "So. I'll get your car fuelled up. We'll be off to the track in a couple minutes."

Fiona: "Sure.. sure.."

She sits down a nearby chair, and stared by her car, losing a sense of time.

And as soon as she believes she's been there enough, her brother waves for her attention, and as soon as he gets it, he explains..

Paul: "Look, I know you hate seeing me push your car. But really: I drive me worries away. It's something I used to have no luxury even considering."

Fiona: "Hmm.."

Paul: "What's on yer head?"

Fiona: "I was thinking about.. oh nothing. One of these days, you get your own Porsche to muck about with."

Paul: "Bugger off, Fiona. I'm paying your car's insurance, plus some bonus parts from Understeer; I get stake!"

Fiona: "Huh, yeah. Because of your racer's discount. It's not an excuse to be scratching my beautiful little baby. Like in.. that forest road!"

Remembering Week 81, she started to fume, and Paul, also with some pressure ready to unfold, rebuts..

Paul: "Ye know I don't even want to have this discussion! Hendersons aren't the sort to de-escalate, and should we be getting physical.."

However, she didn't fight back, and somehow managed to go against the expectation, calmly speaking..

Fiona: "I know.. Da would brutalize us the moment he finds out."

Paul: "Or Carrie."

Fiona: "Her too."

Not wanting to go through the whole morning clashing, Paul spoke softly..

Paul: "Alright, Fiona.. last chance for you to walk away before.."

Fiona: "No. No. You're committed to this already. Too late for that kind of thinking already, Paul. Hendersons aren't quitters, right?"

Those are yesteday's words, but Paul wasn't ready for it..

Paul: "Eh?"

Fiona: "You say it a lot, brother: keep an open mind. I suppose I should, well, follow by example."

Paul: "Oi! I know there's a wee bit of foul play in them words! Don't you even!"

She walked away, winning that argument as she then hears a bellows from the taunted Highland Wyrm..

Paul: "FIONA! Oh bloody hell.."

And with the Cayman on track..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (5)

..the person on the side seat then began to start letting her voice out..

Fiona: "Paul.. PAUL!! BRAKESS!!"

..whether she likes it or not.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (6)

A natural at Catalunya due to his moments made here in the past, Paul, perhaps with a mind for revenge or not, calmly explained as he held the car stable around the first corner.

Paul: "What? It's normal we do 105 around T1."

Fiona: "Normal?! Oh Lord above.."

Feathering to accelerate, the Cayman proceeds through the large sweeping right hander..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (7)

Paul: "Time I show you we go around Renault like this.."

And after more holding on..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (8)

..the passenger spoke up, more panicked than earlier.

Fiona: "I.. I don't even know how Carrie can comprehend.."

Paul: "She can't. Carrie can't take a full lap before barfing out her breakfast."

Fiona: "Least it means.. it means I'm tougher than her here.."

Paul: "No arguments there."

Fiona: "BLIMEY! Watch out!"

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (9)

With the brakes on hard, so is Fiona's general dereliction of her current composure, as she explains..

Fiona: "I think.. If you're thinking of sending my BP to.. to.. SPACE!! Well, bugger me, you're getting there."

Paul: "Space? Being honest, we haven't even touched the stratosphere."

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (10)

Following through yet another sweeping turn..

Paul: "Through Sabadell.. Fiona?"

Fiona: "Don't you dare 'Fiona' me.. I'm going ta pretend snore.."

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (11)

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (12)

Now at stationary, the man behind the wheel excitedly mumbles..

Paul: "And that's just a few laps of Catalunya. Bloody love the place. Too bad I've never won me a race here in me whole career."

These positive thoughts however change as he looks to his right, noticing his sister and her faint face holding hard to red door handle.

Paul: "Fiona?"

Fiona: "I thought.. we were.. here to.. relax.."

Paul: "Achh, don't ye worry, lassie. You come into the driver's seat now.. maybe we can get you thinking like I do on these here tracks better."

And soon, they swapped seats.

From where he stays comfortable in his sister's Cayman, he however notices..

Paul: "You know what, Fiona?"

Fiona: "What?"

Paul: "You look the part of the action lady in them movies. Nice dress, long hair.."

Fiona: "I'm not quite an actress, you goof.."

Seeing his sister on a more than ready position, he then replied..

Paul: "Sure sure. So.. drive? Since it's just us, let's go through the turf."

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (13)

She knows how to drive, but an experience on track isn't quite comfortable for her.

With reassuring words, Paul spoke up as the car roars to life..

Paul: "There we go.. nice and smooth. Was wondering: you still have yer B License?"

Fiona: "Aye, I still do.. honestly needing it to be in the pit lane is kind of a drag.."

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (14)

Paul: "Drag? What you learned there still comes in handy. I mean.. your clutch work's still good."

Fiona: "This is something anyone with a license can do, Paul. I probably know how to keep a line going, but you have to guide me on braking points."

Paul: "No worries."

As the Cayman began to collect some serious speed..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (15)

..it appears the Scottish bunch aren't alone on track, noticing..

Fiona: "Hold up.. that's a MINI?"

Paul: "It is.. a well modified one. I'd say a local, but that Japanese plate speaks otherwise, dontcha think?"

Fiona: "There's just no way such a car's going to keep up to my baby."

Paul: "It's a good chance to see your chasing skills."

She however, had an idea and took it like..

Fiona: "That a challenge?"

Paul: "No, but.."

Fiona: "I'll take it.. besides: how hard could it be?"

As the Cayman started to follow..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (16)

..the car came with more than just its driver.

Let's Go
Def Leppard
Def Leppard

Paul: "Strange.. Fiona, tell me you hear that too?"

Fiona: "Music? What the bloody heck's this all supposed to mean, eh?"

With parts coming from its enlarged counterpart, the Cayman GT4 is something expectations would read to the lines of: "911 GT3 junior", or "small boi +1". Or is it some form of measure of someone's genitalia when you need to have a chart on how big X is when this is your Porsche. You know, like those videos that tell you your personality when [INSERT CAR MODEL NAME HERE] is your favorite vehicle in [INSERT CATEGORY PROVIDED]. But the beauty of having a Cayman go this far ahead is more of a feeling that rides with 'it's about darned time', because Caymans are not quite so well regarded in that sporting degree that 911s have over the 60 years it has refining that. I don't even know the ability Boxsters' have on track, so it's a concept that's dying to get out of the shadows.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (17)

But what's good? What'll make you want to have the cheapest Porsche your credits can buy in Brand Central? Well, obviously with slits, wings and 379 horsepower, the car isn't so hard to drive. The brakes work excellently. The traction is great if not relating to low speed corners. I promise you: if you know what a car needs to properly travel across the many realms without much problem, this Porsche will do it for you. No problem, no contracts to sign, no waivers to have a right upon. Nothing. No riddles here: it's straightforwards and rather docile: something you'd not get from any of the 911 GT3s unless it's the 996.

Perhaps there is a fault? I wish there weren't. Nothing is without fault, after all!

First is the top end. Its acceleration is nothing I would complain about, and this is one such car without the lightning fast PDK in handy. In place, we got a 6 speed manual for this round of the Cayman, and the gearing is set appropriately. So, a manual with decent acceleration is quite a shocker, especially with less than 400 horsepower to work with. It can actually keep up with a lot of cars within its PP range on the straights, with its driver friendliness and smooth 1.35 ton body.

I'm looking more at the top speed: it takes its time getting there, though this isn't much of a problem with track toys such as this. But it warns you not to take the car to places with an emphasis of speed, unless it's the speedy waves of Kyoto Yamagiwa or Dragon Trail, where those small downforce values can kick it up a notch. Even then, I would take something with a lesser, or not at all a wing, because..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (18)

Problem 2: the understeer. When a car's easy to drive, even when on paper it shouldn't, it's a given you know this is coming. Thanks to the small downforce values mentioned earlier, the turning in this car is just like what its known for: the 911 GT3 junior! It isn't as pricy as them, it's not as quick as them, and even with any doctorate you can tell it doesn't quite turn as good as them. It don't mean its terrible like with the Ford GT '17 a month back, but its interesting something without much of a length offers much of a holding power to the track this well: a testament to wide arches the company loves to play with.

Now, with the springs of the GT3 RS, you'll notice it's a car that has more handling hiccups than the Tasmanian Devil eating a fake chicken made of gum and bicarbonate of soda. Understeer, sure, but it's a sign that this car really should have its own super suspension rather than a transplant. The combination of its hard spring setup and low ride height should be quite a handful.. which as I found out made me feel rather sour (like Limey sour) on its current safe handling platform. And I looked at the differential. That says 30? 30 on deceleration? Yikes, and I thought the Ford GT was safe.

But more pains follow suit with how it handles elevation and curbs. Yikes. It's terrible. Worse than a lot of racecars in the game, and it's street legal. But to the point: when travelling uphills, the understeer seems to come out with a more than eager want to under your steer. And same case when going downhills: it's stable, but there's a super slight chance you can lose that rear. In a car with a wing. But this latter issue isn't so much an issue but more of a 'keep your mind it's still a mid engined track car' so you don't want your rears touching grass. And curbs for that matter: it's pretty wicked how stiff its interaction with these are. It'll slip you out, crush your soul, maybe take you for a ride, and the worst part is that they're going to fine YOU for tresspass. If you can dodge any oversized track sausage, please do so.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (19)

I never thought I'd feel a betrayal of roles so hard when I thought for a handling car that doesn't turn too well, but is alright otherwise. Makes me afraid should a vanilla Cayman come in the game, it'll be worse than using it to face Earl in Rockport. All jokes aside, overall the Cayman GT4 performs admirably, consistently, but in a however rather muted, and also quite rudimentary fashion. I feel you're going to need to head to tuner's to show the best of what it can achieve. Because as a sort of thrillseeker looking for power or agility, this car's offering on those are.. boring?

Paul: "Brakes! Calm down, Fiona! You're really pushing the TC on this thing!"

Fiona: "I know, you told me I can chase it, and I'll give it a bash and all, but.."

As the pair looks on, that MINI they were following however..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (20)

..was like a view Wile E. Coyote seems to be getting almost all times.

Fiona: "Holy smokes, what in the blazes is that MINI made of?!"

Paul: "Don't look at me; I haven't a clue.."

An hour passes, and in the pit lane, we're (finally) back to following the little Hong Kongese lady of speed, as she walks by people with music in her ears..

Candy: "♫Take a look into my eyes! Tell me what you see..♫"

Heeding nothing at the moment, that all changes when she peeked in one of the garages, and notices..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (21)

..a certain red SLR McLaren, and thus leading her to a moment's pouting face.

Candy: "Well, THAT'S reassuring.."

Putting her hearing devices into her bag, she walks in, and notices a man eating crisps from a large plastic packaging.

Knowing him as the fastest ambulance driver which said ambulance is known for rallying weekly nominees when it can, she acknowledges the man.

Candy: "Barrington."

Murph: "Ahh.. bollocks.."

Spilling a bit of his food, he then gets up and wipes himself clean, then greeting..

Murph: "Umm, top of the morning, darling. Pork rinds?"

Candy: "No thanks."

Murph: "Suits me. How can I be of service, ay? You're here early."

Candy: "I'm prompt.. a habit of mine. Wonder if I told you I once landed in prison, and prompt is part of your soul there. But enough of me: what are you doing all the way out here in Spain?"

And his reply?

Murph: "Schwarzwald League."

Not liking how this answer is not inline on why Murph is here, she further requests..

Candy: "Quaint. Are you sure it's not stealing something really expensive, or, well, I don't know: having to do some stalking for The List?"

Murph: "No.. and the latter? I was going to say no, but it's sort of bang on."

Confused, she pressed..

Candy: "Sort of?"

Murph: "Ay, sort of. There's a bunch coming over from the List.. but honest to Betsy: I truly really am here for Schwarzwald. You and them being here's pure coincidence, but the boss decides it's something old Murph's gotta get his romper on."

Candy: "Well, umm.. at least you're much more.. straight forward. Compared to Jacob, I mean."

Murph: "Ay, the boss can be a bit two faced at times. Just gotta hope he's leaning on the.. good side, y'know."

He's not bul[BLEEP]ting, she thought.

With suspicion gone, she then thought to leave..

Candy: "Well, I'll see you later. Do send my regards to the dark one."

Murph: "Alrighty then."

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (22)

Now with her focus on her smartphone..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (23)

The little lady looked, noticing from her surroundings..

Candy: "Lulu says she's somewhere here.. this is her M4.."

However, before she decides to stay in proximity..

Williem: "Frau Candy! Come over here, junge frau!"

Candy: "Will?"

She turns and finds a man, dressed in his usual Audi sponsored sports attire.

Making her approach, she then asks..

Candy: "Umm.. hey! Any idea where's Lulu?"

Williem: "Guten tag to you too, Candy. Well.. mein schewister's off to the ladies' room. But.. are you feeling lonely? Perhaps I have someone to entertain for her stead?"

It wasn't a signal or anything, but from behind Williem, a wave of heat would emerge..

Not in a form of nature, of course, but in the form of a local man whose known for being fiery: one Eduard Alvarez.

He walks in, adjusting his sunglasses to have his eyes look down to the lady, greeting joyously..

Eduard: "Hola!"

Williem: "I'll presume you are, so.. I've got some company. Candy, this is Eduard Alvarez.. my partner in crime on the Ring, and also my worst nightmare."

Candy: "Nightmare?"

The choice of word however gave her an opinion..

Candy: "You don't scream like a nightmare like.. the dark one."

Eduard: "Dark.. one? Tio, she's talking about the big boss Jacob Ross, correct?"

Williem: "I presume so.. we're both in good standing within The List, by the ways."

And Eduard slides in, measuring in his head, and then stating..

Eduard: "Guay, guay! I see when they mean she's short.. you're really short.. no intent of offense, mamacita."

Candy: "Oh, I get that a lot. My only rule: just don't call me.. cute."

Happy with this moment to bond, he has a mind with words to spill..

Eduard: "Vale! Of course, hahaha. But you are indeed undeniably.. within contention of that word.. Of course: before I forget.. me llamo Eduard. Spoken the same way, but you spell with a U, not a W. I'm from around, but I'm also.. kind of, how you say.. always not in one place for very long, if you catch my drift."

A name like that has Candy pause a moment, but afterwards, she revealed..

Candy: "Your drift? Well, I do. In fact: I think I've heard of you.. you've got quite a reputation. Road racing.. in Hawaii?"

Eduard: "The very one. But it's a reputation that is still no match for Le Glace Pacer! But again, I have a feeling, see.."

He moved ever so closer, much to Williem's chagrin, as he warned while holding his forehead.

Williem: "Oh mein Gott.. already stepping past her comfort zone, Ed? Don't make your first meet awkward."

Luckily, this blaze did begin to hold back as he questioned..

Eduard: "What? I mean, Lucia spoke highly of you.. even assuming to be of similar character.."

Candy: "I can be just as furious, and you better believe it. But similar? I don't think so, no.."

Facing back at the little lady, he proceeds..

Eduard: "At any case.. I'd like to know a bit more of you.."

Candy: "Oh, quite a charmer, eh? Right now, I'm.. in a relationship."

Eduard: "Uhh.. yes! This one I know too: it's with that wine loving vampire. But I must say you.. smell of.. something rather sweet, but in its own.. naturally wooden way. Cinnamon?"

Unexpectedly challenging a sense of smell, she replies with eyes opened further.

Candy: "Ohh, not bad. I do know a man who does my smelling for me, but you can join in."

Seeing his welcome into the little racer's comfort zone, the fiery Spaniard looked back at Williem, and immediately proclaimed..

Eduard: "See?! See that?! Awkward, my ass! Take that, Wil!"

Williem: "Und like I said, frau: worst nightmare."

Candy: "And you're okay with it?"

She asks, with a hint of discord in her head.

He replied, knowing this isn't his first time that question's asked..

Williem: "He's reckless, but not evil. That much I can share."

Candy: "Heh, alright."

While the group begins to simmer, someone else arrives..

Lucia: "Hammer.. I see the gang is all here. Candy."

Candy: "Lulu."

And despite her stoic aura in full play, breaking that mold however was Eduard, who turned around to the prodigal youth, and even has energy to declare..

Eduard: "Lucia! Hey hey! I see you've chosen to go behind my back again and.. well.."

Lucia: "Oh nein, do not worry so much, Herr Alvarez.. though.. I see you've put a rose on Frau Candy already."

Hearing that, she then looked by her ear, of which a rose is indeed planted.

Candy: "Huh? WHAT?! He-OWW!"

Her thumb pricked by the thorns, she drops the flower as she rubs in pain.

Those watching however..

Eduard: "What can you say: I'm a natural. But then.. I remember something, tia.. I forgot you wanted to see this for yourself.."

Lucia: "Aww.. don't feel so bad. How about.."

As if she as a single star, Lucia goes on to place a well positioned uppercut, throwing the Spaniard backwards to the ground, as he expresses in pain..

Eduard: "AYY!"

Lucia: "You! Are! Such! A! Pig!"

He lands on the floor, but Lucia didn't give him any respite, as she squats to inform..

Lucia: "I think you know what's coming.."

Eduard: "Sure, go.. I deserve it!"

She began to kick away at the man, and her brother, concerned about this behaviour, wonders..

Williem: "Schweister, do tell.. is he an enemy?"

Lucia: "Ja, for the next minute he is!"

After a quick shrug, he joins in with the kicking, with Candy only watching feeling unsure.

Candy: "Ohh.."

And then, yet another familiar face walks in, notably drinking orange juice as he sees, and then spoke with wonder..

Graham: "Eh? What the heck's this all then?"

A pause followed, and he too comes in kicking the poor Eduard who still remains helpless.

Even more puzzled, the little lady had even more to ask..

Candy: "Uhh.. Wilde with an e?? What just happened?"

Miranda: "Hmmm hmm... dearie, hii.."

The last she heard that voice..

She saw a woman dying on the pavement, ravaged by a blood knight.

With the confirmation of her near death being her last memory of this person, Candy turns, and saw..

The sweet soul sister, feeling fine and ready for action.

Of course, this was unexpected, as Candy starts to stammer..

Candy: "M-Miranda?! You're better! Oh.. you know I prayed for this, and.. and it happened! I mean.."

Miranda: "Oh, not like it was my first episode with a sharp blade, sweetie. I'm always in tip top condition! So.. what's with the kicking??"

Also confused with this JoJo reference, the half brit biker then realizes..

Graham: "Eh? Uhh.. lads.. I don't mean to pry, but he don't look like the kind that deserves these.. come to think of it.."

An observation of the victim has him note..

Graham: "Dear me.. you're Alvarez.. the Ibiza Blazer. I'll be frank guv: I'm a fan."

And overhearing this, she comments..

Candy: "Ibiza Blazer? Everyone's got a cheesy nickname, huh?"

Eduard: "You are? I, emm.. I'm touched, but first: help me up, will you?"

While he gets up, a formula gets formulating in Candy's head, as she asks..

Candy: "You all can't be here for nothing, right?"

Graham: "Well, what'd you think is the obvious answer, mum?"

Candy: "It's Schwarzwald. It has to be. I mean.. your new Christmas Porsche and your AMG.."

A playful Miranda then adds..

Miranda: "Eh.. she got us all figured out. Before you ask.. Lyle-bear's busy with a deal in Madrid."

Candy: "I expected something like that. Or he's in another of your studio's movies.."

The yellow clad actress however notices someone else in the vicinity..

Miranda: "Oh.. you seem familiar. Lulu from Deep Forest, right?"

Lucia: "Ja, that's me, but.. I uhh, dislike it when I get called that aside from.."

And just on the other side of the scene..

Eduard: "You know these strangers? It's as if.. you have the edge in being the center of attention.."

Candy: "Not like I want it, but I'm playing this game perfectly fine, so.."

Lucia: "By the way, Eduard.. I hear Henderson is in the area, and should you want that grudge match.."

Eduard: "Not yet, sweetheart. We're here for Schwarzwald, but.. as far as we know.. he's got nothing German that can take out things like your M4."

But the much shorter one in this small group then took to heart those words..

Candy: "Grudge match?"

Lucia: "Ja. Perhaps you remember.. white Aston Martin One-77 and a lime X-BOW R on my television screen?"

Having memories of a Supercar Festival classic in play, the sweet lone wolf showed a bitter side as she shares some pain while her body withdraws.

Candy: "It pains me to say.. I still want a proper rematch against my lovely Bon Bon's X-BOW.."

The pair that makes up of who's in The List too shares..

Williem: "We too."

Eduard: "You said it, tio! Think you're the only one, tia?"

Candy: "So it's the three of us.. plus Henderson, I bet.."

A grin came from her, but out of it was a sweet sensation of sinister born from that bitter phase earlier.

The mentally adept biker notices..

Graham: "Her face screams scheming, mum."

Miranda: "I wonder what that's all about?"

Lucia: "May I answer? The Ternion has prepared something.."

Miranda: "Oooh.."

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (24)

Now gathered in a garage, the whole group then collects themselves to..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (25)

..a black MINI, but better known as..

Graham: "It's this MINI, is it? The once was a blue one?"

Williem: "Ja, this is it."

Candy, now walking in and feeling all kinds of smug, then explains..

Candy: "Now, I hope you're ready to be amazed.. or terrified. Or.. anything else, Lulu?"

Lucia: "Amazingly terrified? I don't care. Und it was a secret between our special little trio. Well?"

As Candy reaches for a lever by the glovebox, her good friend helped with opening the hood.

While it's not a gleaming engine, what it is however is not MINI related in any ways, as Eduard observes..

Eduard: "Is that a K20?! Es la leche!"

Williem: "My my, this is some engineering work. Gut gemacht, Lucia."

Lucia: "Danke schon."

Candy: "Impressed? I had my friend source the engine.. you know.. the one who's recently in contention to be part of The List?"

Being in the news for this illicit group of street racers, the Hawaiian racing deity naturally answers.

Eduard: "This one.. it's the bomb expert from Da Nang. Rudeboy, was it?"

Candy: "That very one. And now you're ready to find out what happens when this MINI has VTEC and a turbocharger that makes me think of Jet Jaguar."

Williem: "Consider me.. pleasantly afraid of what this will do later in Schwarzwald."

The yellow clad actress though wonders..

Miranda: "Hold on a minute: Isn't MINI like.. a British car brand?"

Candy: "Not anymore. It's essentially BMW."

Miranda: "So, we have Porsches, BMWs and Audis.. going to face against a MINI that's got a latte with the double-double? It must be terrifying, bud."

Candy: "Agreed. But I had Cierra work out the kinks, and it's perfect for me. A certain Cayman earlier found that out the hard way. Which reminds me.."

Closing the hood, she then asked the whole collective..

Candy: "Any of you drive a Cayman for later?"

Williem: "Eduard?"

Eduard: "I don't have a Cayman. You're going to face off against a 911 from me."

Using her memory, Candy then deduces..

Candy: "So.. let's see... 993 and AMG from you two.. Lulu has an M4, I see the R8 and 911 just now.. and Barrington's here with a McLaren."

Eduard: "McLaren?"

Williem: "SLR McLaren."

Eduard: "Ohho, bueno bueno.. his original street racer.."

While in thought, Lucia stepped up and gave..

Lucia: "If you can narrow it further.. any modifications?"

Candy: "It was brown.."

Upon mention of the color of her pursuer earlier, she then remembers a scene from Week 81..

Candy: "And.. actually I saw it in America that time.. with Paul?"

Graham: "If memory serves, I know Paul doesn't drive Porsche."

Miranda: "No, silly. He's always racing in that super rare Aston. Going to no show this one. Maybe someone.. related?"

With related in mind, an answer finds its way to the sweet wolf..

Candy: "Related.. right, right! It's his sister's car.. Fiona, was it?"

Lucia: "The supermodel. She's.. not as good as her brother."

The little lady, knowing she had a moment of smug satisfaction from inside the MINI earlier, then suddenly had a buildup of guilt, as she reveals..

Candy: "That explains the erratic driving.. Yeesh, way to go, Candy.. I think I broke someone on track earlier."

Eduard: "Well, I hear you're quite talented at it."

As he was about to continue, a quick chokehold came..

Eduard: "AIEY!"

..and went..

Lucia: "Now is not the time to salt that wound!"

With her conscience cleared, Candy announces..

Candy: "Maybe we should.. well.. go get ready. I need to, umm, lighten a burden."

..and then leaves the garage, leaving the group to mingle.

Graham: "Burden? That's unsettling. You're Lucia the Prodigy, was it?"

Lucia: "Correct."

Graham: "Pleasure to meet. Graham Wilde. I race for Suzuki, Group 3."

Lucia: "Suzuki? Those unremarkables? We've yet to race, then.. but what's someone not from Japan doing in a Japanese team?"

Graham: "New team, new horizons."

Miranda: "It's his way of saying 'no other hoser's going to hire me'."

Graham: "Don't ruin the moment, mum."

Williem though, after a nice staredown with the iconic MINI, then realizes..

Williem: "Entschuldigung, people, but.. has anyone seen where Eduard has gone?"

Back to its original resting spot..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (26)

..the Cayman, now wiped clean and refuelled to leave the track, has its owner, sitting nearby and riddled with sweats, complaining..

Fiona: "Whew.. that MINI has hands."

Paul: "Hands?"

Fiona: "Never mind that.. I mean.. well.. I need more water."

Noticing two bottles of water emptied, Paul would grab them, and then reply..

Paul: "You've guzzled a pair already, y'know?"

Fiona: "Every little drop helps."

Paul: "Fine. I'll be back."

And as he exits, Fiona, left to herself, questions the situation she's in.

Fiona: "How annoying. Why is it being upstaged really brings me to such a low.."

Eventually not forgetting why they're here as part of Paul's not so well thought out master plan..

Fiona: "Guess there's no fully clearing the bully in me.."

She wipes another tear coming out from one eye, but clears it further as she notices a teenage sized individual walking by.

Fiona: "A little Asian? If not Rin, then.. Candy?"

Candy: "Mmhmm.. my suspicions have been correct. May I enter?"

She gestures a yes, allowing the sweet lady to come on in.

Candy: "How's it going? Actually, you don't look so good.."

Fiona: "Feh, any more obvious observations?"

She's in a poor mood, as Candy thought, but instead of furthering the line of questioning, she takes a look at the nearby Porsche..

Candy: "I know for a fact of this Brown Cayman back in Trial Mountain that time. And about this MINI that's causing it some trouble."

Upon the reach of silence, Candy received a quick lift up her shoulders courtesy of a mentally unstable Fiona.

Candy: "Eep!"

Fiona: "Don't you see how this is going, you buck toothed cluck?!"

Candy: "P-put me down, hey! I-I don't know what's wrong, but I want to apologize, okay?!"

Hearing that, she came to her senses, and put Candy back on her feet.

Fiona: "I.. umm.. apologize. When I lose myself, I always find myself with sour thoughts. You understand, right? Don't take it personally."

Candy: "I know.. I won't.. I'm the one in the MINI.."

That fact now secured, the superlady then accepts, as she explains calmly.

Fiona: "I.. see why you'd want to say your sorries, lassie. It's starting to piece together how I'm no match."

Candy: "Easy! Not like you don't have a chance.. but honestly, nobody does."

Wanting to get their relationship back to appropriate levels, Candy, knowing what's needed, asks..

Candy: "I'm usually good with advice, but.. for you? Usually, how do you.."

Fiona: "That's it.. funny how it's my turn to get advice.."

Candy: "Umm.."

Fiona: "Today, I learn Paul's kind of advice being.. the sort that's more action oriented. It didn't suit me. Not one bit."

Candy: "And where would that lead you instead?"

Fiona: "He used to have a psychological doctor.. but I haven't seen him for ages, nor is he even around. And aside from me parents, and Alan.. there's Rin."

A quick mention of her big sis agitated Candy, playfully wondering..

Candy: "Big sis? Giving advice?"

Fiona: "Oh heavens no, it's more like.. giving moral support."

Candy: "She's quite good at that. I've seen it. It was at.. there's a circuit just by Kamitsui.. you don't know where that is."

Fiona: "Well, I'll say it'd be at Japan.. but really, about Rin: you think so too?"

There's no mistaking her honest heart, thought Candy, about her big sis.

But with Fiona as a matter of attention, she then told..

Candy: "Let's put it that way.. but maybe instead.. I can tutor you?"

Fiona: "Don't be silly.. I mean.. you're welcome to try, but if you're going to take it like Paul did, it's not much help."

While a step of persuasion might come in handy, the man approaching them didn't allow for taht, as he loudly greets..

Eduard: "Hola. May I enter?"

Candy: "Wil's friend.. Eduard?"

He makes a quick dash towards the little lady, then speaking with some exhaustion..

Eduard: "There you are, tia! I was worried I lost you for the moment. I was wondering.."

Candy: "Lost.. we're you following me?"

Eduard: "It's not stalking.. honestly, these days, it's the women doing the stalking. You dropped this.."

He handed over an essential tool from Candy's handbag: a small flip mirror, clasping the rose he gifted her discreetly earlier.

Candy: "My hand mirror! And that rose? Ohh, thanks so much!"

Eduard: "No problema, senorita."

Without any idea what to do, Eduard now takes a look about and notices the car..

Eduard: "By the way.. I see you've found your Cayman."

Fiona: "Oh, umm, excuse me.."

Noticing her imminent departure, Candy halted..

Candy: "Don't go, Fiona.. he might be the ticket. Umm.. this is Eduard.. the Ibiza Blazer, right?"

Eduard: "Si, yes. Que tal?"

Fiona: "Umm.."

Eduard, observing this strange woman of the highlands, quickly assumed, and has some words ready to show..

Eduard: "A bit shy, are you? Ehh.. don't sweat, darling. I see you have this Cayman. Yours is the best kept one I've seen of all of them.. it's easy to mistake this from a showroom variant."

Fiona: "Thanks.."

Candy: "(Gosh, she's having trouble being nice??)"

The superb woman, now superbly withdrawal, discreetly gestures..

Fiona: "[muffled] CANDY HELP.."

Candy: "Help on what?"

Eduard: "Oh ya! Did someone say help?"

The blazing soul then continued his 'assault'..

Eduard: "See umm.. what's-your-name.."

Candy: "Fiona."

Eduard: "Fiona, eh? Fiona, Fiona, Fiona.. I could write a song with a name so beautiful like that."

She obviously sees him losing his senses, and considering Lucia's uppercut, it enabled her to go for a quick sharp nudge, following with a reminder..

Candy: "Focus, Wil's BFF."

Eduard: "Umm.. see.. look I know when someone's acting stressed like those shoulders drooped, acting all meek, and with your fists clenched like that. But.. can you trust me?"

Nothing came from her, thus leading to Eduard thinking there's no stopping him to let him go on ahead.

Eduard: "You can stay silent, mami. But what I want your trust for is that.. I'm familiar with Caymans. Raced them in the Clubsport Series, in addition to working with Porsche now and then on the Ring. A car like this, being here.. it only means it's being raced. And there is no way.. No way I'm letting this mood of yours be the one behind the wheel."

Candy however saw..

Candy: "(Goodness, she's about to burst!)"

And while it might look like she's ready to explode, Fiona let off all the steam building up, and started to speak..

Fiona: "I.. I want to confess, Mister Blazer."

Eduard: "Mister Alvarez. But don't let me stop you: what is it?"

Fiona: "All the moments you two have been around.. my mind's at a fizz of.. unwelcoming thoughts. How can I get you two out of my sight because.. because.."

Eduard: "She wants to be left alone. I.. figured as much."

Knowing he's not wanted, Fiona saw a man who looked as if a great fear managed to grip him.

Now with a mind to not let him go, she leapt..

Fiona: "No! No. Don't go, Mister Blazer. I.."

As if it was natural, Eduard notices the woman leaping ahead, and had to intervene before she could crash.

Leading to a great pirouette, Fiona finds herself positioned to look upwards, as Eduard looks down on her.

Fiona: "Uhh.."

Eduard: "Ohh.."

The room then darkens, as a stray light shines on this impromptu dancing position.

Candy: "This.. is.. spectactular!"

Back on their feer proper, Eduard recognizes the professional ethics Fiona has been showing in her footsteps, convincing him of her talent.

Eduard: "I see you've got quite a grip.."

Fiona: "Oh bloody hell, I umm.. like to dance?"

Eduard: "Dance? Dance! Oh ho! This grip. This spin. This wild fire in your soul! Do tell, mami.. you are a natural at tango, si?"

Seconds move on, and they started to connect..

Fiona: "If you're wearing the shoes.."

Eduard: "..with a rose in my teeth.."

He doesn't have a rose, but Candy felt it was right to toss that rose back to him.

As he catches the rose, he places it in his mouth, and loudly declares..

Eduard: "VAMOS! PLAY THE MUSIC!"

Walking from the darkness, a phone, held by a certain Scottish underdog, started playing some high tempo tango music.

Now by Candy's side, they watch on a rather aggressive bonding through dance.

Candy: "Paul. Were you planning for a dance-off too?"

Paul: "You bet. Sometimes me and Fiona.. we can't resist a moment for dance. Plus I'd tell you to keep an open mind like I always been, lassie, but honestly I feel you're tired of hearing it.."

Candy: "And about Eduard.. dancing is not what I had in mind for a guy like him."

Paul: "Feeling's mutual. Especially when I got history with that lad.."

Candy: "You both have history?"

Paul: "We clash. In Supercar Festival. Pretty often, actually. But what's the likes of you doing snooping about here?"

Candy: "I wanted to apologize. For messing up Fiona's probable first drive in Catalunya."

Paul: "Yer the MINI, was it? Don't worry about it, lassie. Seems to me it's led to this.."

It was a short song, but their rhythm and steps were right on the money, and as the situation goes back to normal, the crowd cheers on..

Candy: "Wow!"

Paul: "Bravo!"

Fiona: "Encore?"

Eduard: "I would, but perhaps some other time. We have a race later."

He let go of the supermodel, who hops back towards her brother.

Noticing one of his racing rivals, Eduard then spoke up..

Eduard: "Amigo.. I apologize for taking your darling away from you."

Paul: "She's not me wife, Ed. Sister."

Eduard: "Ahh."

Fiona, now feeling somewhat cured of her pains, gets a quick question in..

Paul: "Fiona.. are ye-"

Fiona: "Feeling better? Oh yes sir. That I am. But if not an encore, Mister Blazer.. I want a favor."

Eduard: "Anything, mami: just say it."

She collects her breath, and takes a quick sip of water her brother brought in, and then reveals..

Fiona: "You say you're.. racing, right? I know it's a stretch, but.. I want to try out for that Schwarzwald League."

Candy: "Oh!"

Paul: "Brilliant! It does mean you're going to face off that bleeding MINI again."

She didn't forget what happened earlier, thus leading to her..

Fiona: "Which brings me to the next thing.. I know Paul's going to babble on about it.."

Paul: "Oi!"

Fiona: "But what is it that.. driving cars does that makes you feel more than alive? I wish to be understanding, so I can help out my brother in his career.. and meself, while we're at it?"

It was directed to the guests of this garage.

Candy, not sure what kind of answer to give, spoke up..

Candy: "This.. kind of question is going to get differing answers from different people. From me.. it's become a part of me. No more, no less."

Paul: "It has, is it? Today I learned.."

Fiona: "Okay, but I know your answer by heart now, brother."

Paul: "Aye, you know: Carrie.. daughter of some Le Mans racing big shot."

Ready to go, Eduard spoke..

Eduard: "Oh.. but now it is my turn to shine! Well.. put it this way.. pstt, give me a few pointers?"

Candy: "Supermodel."

Paul: "Bleedin' supermodel is correct."

Riling up his mind..

Eduard: "Ahh, supermodel, supermodel.. Bingo!"

He lets it all go, explaining with his gentle suave tongue..

Eduard: "Senorita. Think of it as being in the runway. Everyone looking at the best you, making step after step through the lights, and in front of the cameras. I say.. being behind the wheel of a high performance sports car, going wild in ways people cannot imagine.. that is the best me. And what's more.. I plan to not stay stagnant, and expand. It's the action that soothes the.. hurting flame in my heart. This risk.. the weight.. the thrill, it's what makes me.. feel alive."

And as she begins to process, who's left commented..

Eduard: "Maybe that'll help, eh?"

Candy: "That's.. not bad!"

Paul: "Agreed. Good analogy. How about it?"

The superb lady Fiona then replied, with a soul inspired.

Fiona: "I.. I like it. A lot. Today.. after meeting such a.. charming sort of man.. I.. I hope to be reborn!"

Paul: "Sister.."

Fiona: "I can see a little bit more of your light, laddie. Let's not waste it. Sign me up for Schwarzwald, brother."

Paul: "Can do. Come on, Candy. Let's hope we got slots."

And as the Group 3 racers exit the garage, those who remain have plans..

Eduard: "And now.. let's get acquainted. In to the car, if you would please.."

Fiona: "Oooh.. charmed.."

As hours pass into midday, a row of German cars start piling up the long Catalunya straight.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (27)

And the one to watch being the newbie racer in the Cayman, the lady inside tries to shake off her doubts and negative vibes.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (28)

And if being a newbie is going to slow her down, at least a good coach is ready as she wears a communicator in addition to her newly bought racing suit..

Paul: "Alright. Sister. This is it. Got a whole roster of some folk who knows how to get about Wurth and La Saixa without a hitch."

Fiona: "Say what crap you got, laddie.. I'm going to show you the results of me and that Blazer fellow's time together."

Knowing love is in the air of this connection, Paul started to feel a rather estranged feeling.

Paul: "Jesus.. Eduard as a potential in-law. World's bleeding mad, don't you think?"

Fiona: "In your wee little world, that is."

Paul: "Sure, sure. Not like you two are going to tie the knot with such a grand first impression."

Fiona: "That a challenge?"

Paul: "Achh, no!"

Fiona: "Yes it is."

Paul: "Whatever. Check if yer traction control's on.. And if I be knewing the style of me old foe Eduard.. keep yer heart's fire in check, madam."

Fiona: "Got it."

However, she still isn't at true ease for a certain car behind..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (29)

No Def Leppard is coming out this time, but Fiona, with that in mind, began to murmur..

Fiona: "That rascal Candy in that MINI had a song, was it? She must have something driving her.. pretty sure I have that something.."

Out of the realms of past doubt come a confidence of the present.

And from this, she pumps herself up with a jolt of excitement coming up as the race readies to start.

Fiona: "Ehh?!"

The Small Print
Muse
Absolution

Feeling a surge of energy coming in, she feels her senses go into overdrive..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (30)

Fiona: "This is what Paul must be feeling.. ohh brilliant: that's more bloody freaking like it!!"

And before long..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (31)

The lights glare and the racers take off!

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (32)

Ahh, tuning. The track going Cayman really needs this if its going to be treated as a track car, and thus go along the likes of the 911 GT3.. I really hoped for a Huracan with the GT4 with the GT3s as the Aventador, but thanks to earlier, that kind of comparison is now simply wasted. No harm, no foul, however. Just a thought.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (33)

Now while the Cayman can have even more aero, perhaps the biggest selling point of bringing your Cayman to GT Auto would be the engine swap. What you get isn't a killer flat six, but instead the Bennett Racing Engines small block dual turbocharged V8 from the GAC Maverick. Since the Cayman's about 300 kilos short of the Maverick, it's going to make greater use of that 1200 horsepower engine, despite issues that amount of power can do to something this small. So if you're feeling like experiencing travel through a black hole with a Cayman shell, what's stopping me from you spending a measly 250,000 credits? It's a low cost expenditure on a rather low cost car, but I fail to see a use case that's not memes.

So what do we have here.. the Cayman's real main issue is the understeery handling, and a general hatred for curbs. So that means just generally raising the height, pumping up both damping ratios, and hardening the rear. On a casual stride, I can say you're done. It's that simple. I mean.. to be honest, these paragraphs underneath are going to be filler, so unless you want to see maybe a transcript from my famous 'sundowner quote collection.txt', there's nothing else I want to add.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (34)

Okay, maybe some smaller advice. Now, how hard the rear is up to you, but I take it up at least 3 levels of whatever level you mean to raise. So say the front is 100 mm, the rear is 130 mm high. Maybe do the same with anti-roll bars. Spring rate maybe can be apart by 50 hertz in favor of the rear, of course consider the tires you're using. For differential, start off with 5-20-5, and work from there for your needs.

One quick look at aspiration and you'll see there's none of that, and none of it to add with. Therefore the meat of the car's power will come from the permanent engine upgrades. Which means you're welcome to slap everything on if you don't want to use that twin turbo charged small block. The transmission needs no specific specialized ratio change aside if you want to use a manual or swap to the Understeer brand PDK.. so, a UDK?

Now, what I'd do with this car is that instead of getting a general boost, you focus on power. Get as much power improvement for your budget, and don't get weight loss. If you're crazier than I am, you get the ballast and add it. You're welcome to instead lower weight and make it the best ever endurance racer Porsche wishes it has, and I'm not going against your idea for this: it's a cheap sports car, and money's not hard to come by. But really: the base 379 horsepower it has might seem little, but on the car it's more than able to pull itself to victory... just not for the Glen CC+: my stock aero, high power with ballast strategy is the one that'll get the 1:58 laps because it's the solution that'll solve that sluggish top end, alongside an overall narrow gearbox with a reachable final.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (35)

I should be asleep right now.. on the whole this car is just lacking a character on so many ways I can interpret it. You won't believe how I was thinking of my bed while documenting this, and also running this on the Saturday lobby. Think of this all to be adding excitement to something that needs it, alongside adding a stripe, of course.

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (66)

Paul: "That's P5, Fiona. That's one hell of a result for a first race."

Fiona: "Cheers."

Time marches on to the afternoon..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (67)

And by the side of the shaded pit lane, Candy, now gathered with this unusual pair from Los Angeles, carries on with a discussion on what happened last Christmas (I gave you my heart).

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (68)

Candy: "So.. when I found her, on the pavement.."

Graham, knowing even more than the woman who saw personally how this encounter went, then explained..

Graham: "Candy. No need to worry yourself! She's an actress, mate. Afraid you got fooled real nicely. I mean.. her whole bleeding out a fountain schtick's so darned convincing, you should've been there when it was Lyle's first time."

Candy: "I can already guess.. but how did you do it?"

And from her undergarmet, Miranda grabbed a layer of packaging, then waving them to be..

Miranda: "Blood packs. Can come in real handy when you need to make a scene."

Candy: "And why'd you need to make a scene?"

Miranda: "Well.. I panicked. Mind's all fuzzy, sweetie.. Had to SOMETHING when faced with what looks to be a crazed killer in an alleyway.. I've played warrior princesses who knows what it means to dodge and catch swords and stuff, and I can't risk it.. so.. spray fake blood it is, and hopefully the stain didn't get washed so easy."

That overly long explanation however fell into unwise minds, as Graham then continued his questioning..

Graham: "You let her go? I mean.. it'd be quite the scenario to see the likes of you going head to head with what Candy calls a bona fide assassin in vampire clothes."

Miranda: "I disarmed her.. that was the best I could do.. for crying out loud: it was Christmas. I wasn't in the mood for heroics.."

She brought out that smile again, and while Candy remembered those eyes again..

Seeing that Christmas was ages ago, her memory's more fuzzy on recollecting it.

Instead, she decided to move on..

Candy: "I.. hope I didn't ruin the mood by bringing that up."

Miranda: "Aww.. don't worry about it, dearie. As you can see, I managed to get well enough to go do your thing and get a nice podium finish."

Candy: "Nirvana's girls only racing club paying off, if I had to guess."

Miranda: "Then you know enough, dearie."

The game theorist biker however had another thought to share..

Graham: "Either way.. you sure you don't want to join us for a late lunch? Lyle's chubby bod's the kind that knows where to go for food, and.. with Paul's family, it'd be quite a crowd with us."

With interest in seeing Paul's children again, Candy didn't hesitate.

Candy: "Send me the location. I'll be there."

Graham: "Right. And I guess we're off. Ta ta then."

Miranda: "Toodles.. ehe."

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (69)

Having a failed sense of where she parked the VTEC MINI, Candy instead heads towards finding Lucia..

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (70)

..who judging by the cars present in her last known, might already be gone.

Who remained however, is the Nurburg pair of The List, with Eduard of note being on a wheelchair.

Eduard: "To be honest, tio.. I deserve it for hitting her anyways.."

Williem: "Kamerade, I'm glad you're humble about it, but.. maybe it's better you gave her back the position.."

Eduard: "And potentially crash into a charging MINI de la muerte? Tio, I'm lucky she took my apology better than the last time."

It's a pretend act that Lucia's caused serious injuries that could get her arrested, but Candy came up to ask them, not feeling pitiful in any form..

Candy: "Hey, you heard?"

Williem: "About what? This mann being the victim of my schweister's rage?"

Eduard: "No, it can't be! It's me getting hooked up, I bet."

Obviously while that's his main story to tell, Candy didn't quite like him showing it off, remarking.

Candy: "Really.. I think you've made that quite clear.."

Eduard: "Not yet, mamacita. Not yet. But if you want clarity.. I umm.. thank you for having this opportunity to dance with me."

Candy: "I hope that meant being on track together."

Eduard: "Si, senorita. Was I being unclear?"

Candy: "No, no. AFter seeing firsthand what you did to Lulu, you're reckless like what I've heard alright. Although, I was wondering.."

She paused to think, then..

Candy: "Why's it this be the first I've have the pleasure of meeting yourself?"

Eduard: "You're never at the Ring is one, the other.. well, I travel. A lot even."

And as she was to get more detail, a man dressed in Aston Villa colors came by, with a trophy on hand.

Murph: "Oi oi, fellas. That was a good run, innit?"

Eduard: "It's Murphy!"

Williem: "Murph!"

Candy: "Barrington.. I heard tales about a blisteringly fast red SLR McLaren.. guess I can rule out that myth."

Hearing a compliment of his most iconic car behind the 12C, Murph then brags a bit..

Murph: "It's what makes the Murph.. Murph after all those years! But seeing how it went.. the race was all you, ay? Now, I see why the boss is keeping an eye on you, love. But these two lot aren't holding back too, right? Ever got a hint Ed here's part of The List?"

Candy: "Yes, it was mentioned. The dark one must've found some street racing talent from you.. it was Hawaii, was it? How are the roads there?"

Eduard: "I'd like to explain, but to paint that picture is a little tricky. And it's all legal there: what we do in The List is the exact opposite."

Not liking to talk about illicit List activity, Williem changed the subject, suggesting..

Williem: "Speaking of legal, you know Frau Candy here's a talent on the Group 3 league."

Eduard: "You're selling her short, Wil! She's a top ranking racer! That much I know, that much ANYONE should know."

Candy: "Know is lesser than be a part of, like Wil here. Ever had a chance to give it a go?"

Eduard: "...not yet. I've yet to experience that kind of performance. More grip and intensity than your average hypercar, right? I'm a road legal expert. But racing GT cars? No offer's come yet. Not yet.."

As he began to think of more to say, Will and Candy however concluded..

Williem: "I think that answers your question, junge frau."

Candy: "Pretty much."

However, a disturbance in a certain bodily force is felt, as Murph then segues..

Murph: "Anyways.. bloke like me after a nice big win, also needs a nice big feast. That stomach grumbling better be from you, love."

Candy: "Well, look at what the much bigger man with a stomach the size of my head is saying! If Lulu were here, she'd knock you silly!"

And speaking of Lulu..

Candy: "Now I think about it.. where's Lulu?"

Williem: "Lulu.. oh, Lucia, right! Umm.. after Eduard's great punishment, she's went to cool off with the Henderson bunch. What are they up to, eh?"

Candy: "They're having a late lunch party, and I'm invited. Maybe I can.."

Interfering, Murph steps in and provides an idea..

Murph: "I say we take that invite, ay. Foot me the bill, because I got me a good payday!"

Candy: "Oh, okay then. And you two? Does Ed want an encore with that Scottish supermodel?"

Eduard: "Si, I mean.. yes! I mean no.. I mean.. yes yes YES! UWAA how dare you assume! Because you're right, senorita! Shall we depart before I reduce into ashes of excitement?"

Now ditching the wheelchair, Eduard takes his phone out his pocket, and starts to type.

The little lady curiously asks..

Candy: "What's up?"

Eduard: "Messaging.. of course I ran into Fiona, and we shared contact details.."

Candy: "Telling her you're coming?"

Eduard: "Why of course, tia! Her first race, and a respectable finish too! Surprises isn't my thing for someone like her! Honesty is the meta this time!"

Candy: "Hahahaha.."

Eduard: "HahahaHAHAA!"

As they walk on to their cars, the Audi racer and the maniac ambulance driver had a moment to themselves to conclude..

Williem: "Eduard.. in love with another? I should inform Herr Ross of this new development."

Murph: "Ay, I feel it's going to toughen him up some."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can I call the Cayman GT4 a Sleeper? I don't think so.

From my end, this is a handling car that don't really do that well in handling. How'd that happen? The car's whole characteristic screams boring with a slight hint of understeer. It's another saved by the tune car for me: it's imperative to make the best out of it.

Not saying it's terrible or to be placed apart from you with a 10 foot pole or anything.. you can catch people with surprise thanks to its acceleration and general consistency, tuned or not.

Perhaps it's fair to say it is a cheap copy of the GT3, meaning anything good is toned down, and anything bad.. well.. also toned down, but with an addition of problems that are strangely different than the GT3s. A very solid Neutral.. but also a Porsche to go for if your road going needs aren't so complicated, or known.

With Fiona as the focus, the roster today consists of characters related quite well to Paul. There are a few missing, such as that racing lawyer Billy. But this is a good outlook. There's his understudy Lucia, rival Eduard, American friends Graham and Miranda who he's met in the GT Sport era. And of course his sister. But there's more. Initially it was 2 more.. I remember the early days 2 years ago where I have to do '2 mores' per week to get bases set.

Say hola to Williem's partner-in-crime slash rival Eduard Alvarez. Now, being the sole Spaniard, his inspirations come mainly from how Spanish people are represented mainly for me on media: bullfighting lovers who love to dance and sing. And I want to expand this further. Yes, he is a Gran Turismo 5 character with a STRONG influence to the original Atari published Test Drive Unlimited games, and if not for Porsche, I'd have trouble finding a car for him. His old Signature Car? Would you believe.. the Italdesign styled proof of concept known as a Volkswagen W12? Again, like Fiona: my hope is I can develop something for him to stand out with as time passes. And also like Fiona: his theme song is also a personal favorite. A lot of my Gran Turismo 5 roster are influenced from car racing video games.

That scene where these sideshow characters bonded.. completely unplanned. But I liked it so much, it's staying. There's also that bit where Fiona finds her Persona.. or more accurately activates her Devil Trigger with her new racing duel music. That's also completely unplanned, but once again: I liked it so much, it's staying. Yes, it's new; check her biography above, which should be similar to her last appearance on the Week with the Carrera GT, and underneath here.

Speaking of which.. will we see Fiona and her brown Cayman racing again? I definitely hope so!

There was no roster wheelspin winner this week. I'd say the most accurate answer to this to be Murph, but not this time. As of now, because this Irish nutcase is also on Week 91, he is on the 'appeared 2 weeks in a row so shouldn't get a third appearance unless one of his many cars appear' list, however.

As the main character, Candy Lam is bound to appear in every segment, be it either as the lead role, or as a small mention.

The infamous Sweet Toothed Lone Wolf of Asia, or known worldwide as Le Glace Pacer. While her social presence is significantly poor, her presence on the track hasn't been short of perfection, now under the pressures of being a monetary source of higher powers, as well as her role being the most prime form of woman racers.. But don't let her hear that.

Theme Song: Def Leppard - Bad Actress
Racing Duel Music: Def Leppard - Nine Lives
Gender: Female
Nationality: Hong Kongese
Age: 30
Current occupation: Professional racecar driver
Distinct features: Long, clean, straight ashen hair tied to a ponytail via traditional red braids. A stiff, stoic Asian beauty that starts to show sign of wrinkling, covered by heavy layers of makeup. Thin, rounded diamond face, with various beauty signs of it being worked on unnaturally, especially her unblemished small snub nose, heavily lipsticked mouth and thin brown Asian eyes. Short body with small proportions.
Choice of clothing: Typical modern glossy sleveless Hong Kong dress, but 90% she will have her favorite on, that's in blood red with a white bauhinia pattern on, with matching sandals. Most of her clothes and themes come in red or white.
Cars: Toyota GR Yaris 1st Edition RZ "High Performance", MINI Cooper S, Honda NSX Type R '02, Mazda Demio XD Touring, Nissan Skyline GTS-R (R31)

Even though she's a proud Hong Kongese, Candy is actually born in high society Tokyo, and more exposed to living in a usual Japanese lifestyle. An only child, it was easy to find herself spoiled rotten from a young age, getting what she wants and not caring how it got there, thanks to wealth she inherits strongly. Her father notably was an executive in Toyota's racing division.

A target in her younger ages, Candy's early life was full of trouble from others that are against her being a Hong Kong native in Japan. She never made any friends as a result, and this loner habit of hers remained even after changing schools, going so far to even give her a new alias. While her parents have a strong standing in the society she lived in, she remained in their shadow, because she couldn't find comfort out of it.

Upon reaching her adult days, Candy's first 'milestone' would come when an incident in a high class event caused her to run, leading to a manic police car chase spanning several weeks before she was arrested. The victim of these events would have deep ties with various Yakuza families. While her parents retreated to Hong Kong, Candy stayed in Japanese prison, learning that if nothing needs to come her way, she needs to learn something she initially dreaded to do: manipulate the human mind, a state of thought she was once a victim of.

After her sentence, she regained her freedom, and it didn't take long that was noticed by the city's largest street racing community. Still with her inherited wealth, she started off strong in the streets. Years then pass, in which she eventually proves herself as a top competitor for racing in many top endurance races worldwide.

While her fans are out there in many parts around for being a woman dominating a man's sport, she's not exactly a great social interactor, and is a nobody outside the racing community. With many questions still left unanswered, maybe there are more ulterior motives with the unsanctioned blue MINI project..

Once a troubled drunk whose success in touring cars was washed aside, Paul gained a new sense in life after dropping the bottle and working on his family. But a new inner Scottish bloodlust arises, and he's making troublesome dealings with it going uncontrolled as his spotlight shines being the current FIA figurehead.

Theme Song: U2 - Hawkmoon 269
Racing Duel Music: U2 - Where The Streets Have No Name, Alpine Stars - Jump Jet
Gender: Male
Nationality: Scottish
Age: 34
Current occupation: Race car driver
Distinct features: Scruffy medium brown hair parted at the center. Wide, slightly tall brown eyes. Thin hooked nose with semi-thick, but narrow mouth. Non distinct marks of red all over face due to alcohol addiction in the past. Thin brown soul patch on the chin and a very discrete goatee. Oval triangular face. Thin, but with developing muscle on body, with average height over bright skin.
Choice of clothing: Always with a plaid design flatcap, but his favorite's a gray one with green accents. Attire varies, but the general look with him consists of a long sleeved polo shirt, thin jeans, and leather shoes.
Cars: Aston Martin One-77, Volkswagen Golf I GTI

Born the son of his professional golfer father, and his housewife mother, Paul was born a free spirit, the second of the family's Wembley born children. Notably in their childhood, Paul would represent the manly, more physical side of the new generation, while his older sister would pick up the books and become the brains of the family. That principle still remains today, where Paul would use his sister's advice to conquer any obstacle, and his sister would use him for her own goals.

Paul initially wanted to become a golfer like his dad, but as he grew up, the appeal of the sport didn't stick with him as he would eventually transition to racing karts in his teenage days. While various reasons came to mind such as the meeting of certain racing figures, and his interest in engineering grew, the real reason was, just like any growing man would do: impress a lady. The girl he fell in love with was into said go karting scene, and it so happens her father was The Bristol Harbinger: a famed Le Mans endurance racer from the mid 70s. Still, being close to his own father would mean his golfing skills are just as fine as his racing.

Becoming a family man at the height of his career would bring out the worst in him, as this era of Paul would end up being an overly aggressive competitor in touring cars. Worse, he went into drinking, and it would corrupt what's left of his good side, developing fits of rage and even moments where he would have a weakened spirit. But even if things got worse, the bottom of it all never seemed to develop. His family stayed, he's never gotten in big trouble, and even if he got his racing license suspended, he could still find ways to support his family. He believes in some form he's lucky, and that was exemplified when he became the lucky owner of an Aston One-77.

After a series of events involving a conspiracy, assassins, a nuclear heart, and his long time rival's heel face turn, Paul would start rooting out what was wrong with him, dropping the bottle and becoming what he calls a newer, better him. Having the most successful of comeback tours, Paul would become the face of the UK's GT racing scene, and become the standard of Group 3 racers on the whole. While this is a tall task, Paul now has a new catchphrase to keep an open mind, and so far it's not failed him yet.

Known by anyone who's anyone in the Nurburgring racing community, Lucia is known by many as a shining example of a prodigous talent of both the garage and the track. Know even more, and one can find wearing these ridiculously large shoes is a tomboyish short fuse, always ready to blow sky high.

Theme Song: Robbie Williams - Different
Racing Duel Music: Garbage - Control
Gender: Female
Nationality: German
Age: 23
Current occupation: Race car driver/team manager/racing mechanic
Distinct features: Blonde, straight shoulder length hair. Thin diamond face with small cheeks and sharp chin. Smooth shaped blue eyes with some thin make up under. Thin, average to tall body height with slender features.
Choice of clothing: Trendy and chic. Whatever she wears, it's always flexible, tight and revealing on her limbs. Common sightings include either a combo of t-shirt, puffy vest and shorts, or a mini dress, all with sandals. Reasoning is that she doesn't have to make drastic changes when needing to get in her mechanic or racer's getup.
Cars: BMW M4 Coupe, Nissan Fairlady Z (Z33), Toyota Corolla LEVIN 1600 Apex (AE86)

Eifel born Lucia was never into the car game as she started off living. With her only sibling: a carefree cool and sporty brother, she came into the family when races around the Nurburgring was already a family tradition. And her family's also carrying deep ties, with a race commentator father, mechanic mother, and her sole uncle living in the family, racing for Porsche. Her relatives were also mostly male, toughening her masculine side unintentionally.

Unlike her brother, Lucia never got into the sport at her teenage days. Being forced fed this ideology initially has her rebel, but eventually develop into her mean streak she still carries today. Having a terrible time growing up, she was bitter, and often quite shy, never showing her face for her family in the times the spotlight came. That all changed as soon when her brother, a fledgling Nurburgring Taxi driver, brought her to a few taxi runs and showed the joys of the car as it reaches the limits. This would be moment she started getting along with her family and their racing traditions, starting with said brother.

Heading to the UK to reinforce her new found interests, she's become involved in the developments of the legendary Group C driver known as The Bristol Harbinger. With his ties still strong in the racing world, Lucia's tutoring and lessons brought her to Toyota for a few years to be a part of their apprentices in racing teams. Diversity wasn't an issue, and she wasn't alone in the female foreigner department. She would then bond with an extremely timid and awkward beret wearing American tuning genius, and a Hong Kongese lady who would eventually become the famous GT racing woman known as Le Glace Pacer.

Before they parted, Lucia promised these two women, them and her now formed a friendship together as Toyota's Tenacious Ternion, that she's going to be as good as they are. Those words these days are harder to reinforce, with troubles keeping pace in the workshop and on the race track. But she's still very young in her career; she knew giving up would let this ternion down, as well as her family and friends who would honestly back her efforts.

One of the founding members of the infamous, vastly exclusive American street crew with an international cast known mainly as The List. This gruff in general, semi Irishman is never seen slow thanks to his all-around sense, reliance, and secret sixth sense on insa-not so insane stunts.

Racing Duel Music: Dropkick Murphys - The Battle Rages On
Gender: Male
Nationality: Half British, half Irish
Age: 30
Current occupation: Car thief
Distinct features: Buzz shaved blonde hair. Chubby, rounded diamond face, surrounded by reddish tinted pale skin. Narrow droopy green eyes, freckles under the eyes, short pointed nose, and wide dried mouth. Notably carries a badass baritone. Average build and height.
Choice of clothing: Casual looks incline towards his love of British sports. Frequently with a sports shirt, slim slacks and sneakers. You're either going to see him in colors of Aston Villa FC, colors of the English white and red, or just red all over.
Cars: Many due to his ever growing collection, but he's often seen with either McLaren 12C, Toyota Ambulance Himedic or Radical SR3

A high value serviceman of petty American crime. UK born Murph was born in a smaller town: Milton-Keynes and grew up raised, then raising a church after his parents disowned him. The way he sees it, it's just another way to break free of the chains that bind him. The crazy driving of his started there, where he usually finds himself in a pinch upon doing some robbery work. In relation to the illegal duties he carries out, his overall goal is to ensure the clergy and the children they keep will never go hungry or sad. After years of this activity, Murph moved on while keeping his donations steady from the shadows. While he's never been caught entirely, getaway seems to be his forte, and that fact slowly cements itself over time.

However, his notable rise to fame would come in his penchant for using risk for massive rewards. He would find himself using lightweight sports cars in contact heavy street races, using every trick he learned in his mental book. This in turn would help him gain international infamy on the streets. With intent of clearing his heat, he lays low in America, meeting a giant and his superior in form of The Outlaw. This chance meet, also with being ahead of the pack in general racing got him a spot in The List as one of its founders, even though ulterior motives arose revealing he's to stop this uprising altogether. That suspect allegiance changed as soon as he knew the pain of a machete's deep cut to the gut, but this change of heart got him to become the official right hand man of the big boss.

Now, with his newly christened nickname as "Murph", he revels as everyone who's anyone in the worldwide street racing scene calls him insane, but he's not dumb, and so far nothing's going to stop him. Murph usually finds himself doing his racing and general thief work in the States, but he often makes his way back to the UK to catch up on the local news, check on his old stomping grounds, keep track of his car smuggling connections with his growing car collection in Surrey, or test his mettle in the growing street scenes that's been clamoring a chance at a truly insane racing machine.

Bound by yellow, this Canadian sweet talking, sexy sensual stunt actress may be a sweet little rose, but behind all that posterior, many find out that roses have thorns. In Miranda's case, they might as well be dual layers of barbed wire.

Gender: Female
Nationality: Canadian
Age: 29
Current occupation: Stunt actress
Distinct features: Thick yellow (not blonde) medium curly hair. Heart shaped face. Long and narrow, heavily lashed brown eyes. Thin nose and narrow lips. Yellowish hinted makeup with peach lipstick. Average height, petite muscular build, with above average proportions.

Changes to shorter skirted dresses on higher heat, or thick fur coats with boots on colder. Importantly there's some yellow on it.
Cars: Mercedes-AMG C 63 S

The only child of a rural family hailing from a small lakeside community within Alberta, Canada. Miranda's early days usually has her time spent around the meadows, prairies and lakes of her hometown. She's unconditionally loved her parents: her fisherman father, and also her artist mother. Naturally, she's picked up small hints of their talent: namely physical prowess and the artist's keenness, all behind a face that's constantly calm, gentle and smiling.

However, the simple happy life finds a bump when the father's diagnosed and passes away from leukemia. His final words etched onto the small family's mind: find and keep chasing the light. Unsure, Miranda leaves the small village and ventures on to the city to find a chance at life for her teenage self. She's reached various lows, and times would come where an aggressive self has to emerge so she can stand out. There were many chances, but the light she eventually settled in was in the school of theatre arts.

Eventually transitioning into being stars for low budget shows and films, Miranda breaks it big over time and finds herself in the humble beginnings of top tier Hollywood, part of the small but well grounded Aurea Signum Studios. The hard worked efforts of the small family pays off as they're able to live comfortably within this lofty side of America.

Nowadays, she makes up a trio that's inclusive of her ex-boyfriend: a fellow stunt actor guised as a chubby ravishing Dutchman and her steward: a hard thinking British biker slash psychologist. An obvious team mom, sweet soul sister and always keeping face, Miranda usually finds herself short of cash due to her spending habits, and finds herself doing odd jobs, usually either as a fledgling street racer, or being involved in whatever her ex-boyfriend comes up with in his car smuggling business.

An anomalous UK born American roadie turned fledgling racer supreme. While nothing stands out from the outside, Graham is a healthy gambler, fueled by his keeness of psychology in game theory: a studious and frequent user of this art, which always gives him an edge on his day to day troubles.

Theme Song: Motörhead - I Got Mine
Racing Duel Music: The Cult - Wild Flower
Gender: Male
Nationality: Half British, half American
Age: 29
Current occupation: Up and coming racer
Distinct features: Copper middle parted fringe. Square face, with round green eyes, thick nose and average sized mouth. Covered with mutton chops and a moustache. Pale skin covering an average heighted man with average weight.
Choice of clothing: Usually with a baggy t-shirt with a sleeveless biker denim jacket, dark jeans, fingerless gloves and brown heavy duty boots.
Cars: Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk7, Porsche 911 Carrera RS (993)

Born out in the deserts of Nevada USA, Graham was actually the result of a rich American with a British mistress. However, with them having no willingness to take care of him, they sent him to the nearest orphanage. He never quite learned of this fact until he was an adult, but he let that part of his past go; his life as an orphan hazed all over this, as it's in no way bad, just challenging.

Usually out and about in the deserts, Graham's main exposure to the outside world was due to 3 determining factors: bikes, his closest brother Jonathan, and his competitive nature to win. This latter fact has Graham eventually learn the inner depths of game psychology: a skill he utilizes when it's needed. His teenage life was all about riding their old Harley Davidson revived from a dump, then heading to every town, noting every chess competition and making a quick buck in getting good results. Graham was no grandmaster, but at that age: it's hard to find anyone who can beat him. Not to mention he's been pocketing money over time for the inevitable departure.

Adulthood however took a turn for the worst, as a tragic accident killed off his brother in an incident that clashed with a former racer and his girlfriend. Graham couldn't take the grief, and wandered on towards the West, into California. What he strived to live for was reduced to ashes. Unsure what to do, he made a gamble that worked out: include himself in the day to day activities of a small movie studio.

Initially working for free, his overall patience would pay off as the studio's biggest stars took their eyes on him, and decided he needs another shot at life. Noting these stars as stunt actors with a penchant of doing their stunts without any ropes or assistance, Graham would work under one of them as her steward, growing eventually to be her good friend.

Finding out of the ravishing Dutchman's illicit activities, Graham took part anonymously, finding out his talent for driving is something he yearns to exploit. Taking up offers for Suzuki's newest branch of FIA racing, Graham knows this next gamble would pay off.

Williem came into the world as one of the two children of a well known Nurburgring specialist family hailed from Eifel. Having exposed into the racing at an early age, Williem has his daily life mixed with both racing and education. While a struggle, this allowed Williem to take things calm, cool and methodically; a mantra he lives by to this day.

A fan of 80's rock, Williem takes greatly into their cool nature and also dabbled into music, adapting in and out from playing the bass, synth keyboard, to taking the wheel of a race worthy Porsche in the early 2000s. Giving his life into succeeding the family name in this sport, he too wants his other sibling: a rage inducing little prodigy into this field. But as he learned to consider the feelings of others, Williem would take her around with his side hustle as a Nurburgring taxi driver, realizing that this is his true calling, not racing.

Eventually befriending a hot headed Spanish superstar upon adulthood, Williem would make use of his talents to be a prime car tester around various locales, especially the Nurburgring. Once hosting their yearly street racing tournament, Williem aligned slowly, as he should, into the competitive side of driving. A fan favorite fixture of the Supercar Festival events, he's made a few well known rivals in his day he's yet to best, which are a lightweight specializing French aristocrat, and an overegotistical man known as the Asian-American Badass.

Now in a relationship with a Russian known as the Queen, Williem was then persuaded to join her sister's good friend: a dark cowboy, into the leagues of street racing, with high hopes as a sleeper newcomer to the cream of the crop of US based street crews.

With his current state as Williem's second, the Ibiza Blazer Eduard takes on his usual fiery personality and attention seeking tendencies that usually lead to him going far and beyond past this initial impression of him, especially in recent days as he eagerly represents The List.

Theme Song: INXS - Disappear
Racing Duel Music: Firewind - World on Fire
Gender: Male
Nationality: Spanish
Age: 35
Current occupation: Social media racing personality
Distinct features: Slicked back black hair held by gel. Tall, smooth diamond face with thin droopy brown eyes covered with red contacts, rough upturned nose and small, well preserved flared lips. Carries a roughened blemished face with a growing stubble and nose covered goatee combo. Amber hued, slightly sunburned skin on a tall, thin and moderately muscular body.
Choice of clothing: Being a follower of trendy fashion, Eduard always wears what's trending these days in Iberia. These days, it's a designer buttoned up shirt, unbuttoned with a V-neck underneath in, alongside slim fit cargo pants and fancy slippers/mountain climbing shoes.
Cars: Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991.1), Volkswagen 1200

Raised within a coastal port town in Ibiza, Eduard knew that from the day he was born, he and his 2 brothers will have to make their living in either the light they're cast in, or elsewhere. With a strong inspiration to be a professional soccer player like millions of other Spaniards out and about, he sets out to prove himself at nearly all times. Learning that those among the best are well known, this mindset from his youth eventually developed to a love for taking attention when he can.

Life however gave nothing back to the young man, as his education ended with a potential scholarship turned to ruin as soon as another love of his life has entered by his teen years: racing cars. While his wealthy family would support him as he was board schooled out on Catalonia, Eduard's wealth came at no expense wasted to those other what's needed to train himself instead to be the next Alonso or Ronaldo, one or the other. While this allowed him to take normalcy of great attention, the multitasking was too much, adressing his reckless self that often finds him pushing too hard.

Thinking he can juggle both this and playing soccer to a level one can say is nearly national team worthy, Eduard's mind turned one day when unintentionally helping who he thought was his friend that wanted to sabotage his chances to become the football star he always wanted to be. A series of acts follow that led to this person presumably murdered in a field set ablaze by Eduard himself: a defined reckless act he hoped everyone forgot, despite being in the news across the whole nation, and even earning that Ibiza Blazer name from that incident alone.

Fortunately, the crime was disproven after a long wait, and he eventually was found innocent of this setup. However, having escaped to Germany, he then felt going back was the wrong choice, and found himself at square one, with an old Beetle and his driving talent, a flame in his soul that burns thanks to the end of his footballing passion. Entering league after league of road racing over the years, he shone brightly, and eventually end up racing all over the world in various elite road racing leagues, including being a racing hero hailed by his hown town in Ibiza. As he aged, he looked to settle down back where he started his journey truly: in Nurburg. Eventually bonding with the Weiss family, this however started a new flame: one that would have him hopefully become a top dog of racing in the Nurburgring.

Quick dump on cars I didn't give a score yet

BMW M3 (E36)

Car of the Week | Suzuki Capcino (EA11R) '91 (71)

Song: Blondie - Rapture
— The second of the acclaimed M3 from BMW has everyone attracted to being a sedan shaped sports machine that isn't afraid to go wild. Just like the E46, the car seems to have a focus on fun with its rear having a liking to let loose through the transmission and rear traction, all at the choice of the driver. Plus: this M3's got quite a knack for doubly smoking the competition with its great top end, ruthless handling that rewards the brave, and braking that makes me go 'wow'. A looker, a high octane racer, a light-hearted machine, and of course like all classic M3s: a keeper.
Sleeper.
