Yes, as the system is setup at the moment. You must register as a student in order to participate in our Referral/Commission program. Just select Alameda County and Alameda-Alameda as your court. You can put anything in the field of Court Docket Number and select a Due Date to sometime in the future. We are working on an Affiliate interface where you will not have to register as a student to participate. If you still have any questions or concerns, please call us at (800)363-8151. |

How do I sign up for your Referral/Commission program? |

It's simple if you are already a student. Just login and your Personal Refferal Code is displayed at the Student Lounge. If you are not already registered as a student, don't worries. Just register as if you are a student and the system will assign you a Personal Referral Code. |

Yes, we pay you $3.00 commission for every student you refer to us. The student gets $2.00 OFF with a Discount Code which double as your Personal Referral Code. You will get the credit once the student paid for the course. The Referral Comission checks are cut at the end of each month. You will only receive a check if your current commssion is more than $20. |

What if this web-based traffic school is not on my courts list of traffic schools? |
|

Sometimes the courts will not send you a list of online courses. To see if we have an agreement with your course go to our home page and click on the state where your court is located.
However, if we do not have a formal agreement with your court at this time, some courts may give special permission to take a particular course if you ask. If your court requires that the traffic school be state approved, please know that the California DMV only approves walk-in traffic schools. Each court is authorized to decide for itself whether to accept any "home study" programs, which usually include Internet based courses. |

My due date for completing traffic school has passed. Can I get an extension? |
|

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Each traffic court has it's own policy for granting extensions. Contact the traffic clerk of your court to inquire about their policies regarding due dates. Some courts will grant you an extension over the phone, some require you to write a letter requesting an extension, some require you to appear in court to ask the judge, and some simply refuse altogether. It is best to try to complete traffic school allowing for enough time to turn in your certificate of completion on or before your due date. |

If you choose to Pay Now you will see all of the payment methods available to you. You may pay with a credit card online, over the phone, personal check by phone, or you may send us a cashier's check or money order by mail. If you decide to mail a payment it is a good idea to mail it early on so that there are no delays in when you can access the remaining sections of your course. |

How long does it take to complete your course and do I have to do it all at once? |

Our course follows the curriculum of the standard 8-hour course outline per DMV. However, most of our students finished the course in a much shorter time. It's all depends on your own pace through the course. Some people like to get it over in one session, others like to spread it out to accommodate their busy schedule. It's entirely up to the students on how fast and whether you want to complete the course in many sessions or a single session. |
